We make every effort to competitively maintain our prices.  We do however; reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to suppliers’ price increases or extraordinary circumstances.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  We do however, provide a thirty day notice to our dealer network on upcoming price increases.

Shipping Terms

We appreciate every order we receive and we know how important it is for you to receive your products in a timely manner. We make every effort to ship orders out on the same day we receive a purchase order as long as it is received by 1 PM EST*.  Bottle systems and some specialty items that we carry will take longer to ship.  However, we pride ourselves on exceeding your needs and will do everything possible to expedite every order we receive.

We use UPS for all orders unless otherwise expressed and arranged which may delay shipment time and ability to place orders online.  Please contact us directly to discuss the need for a different carrier.

*Some exceptions apply.  Orders placed before 1 PM EST may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to:  credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address, inventory availability, new dealer or new practice verification.
